29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  Ground Level Floor Opening - Employees are working near an unguarded floor opening, no less than 10 feet above the basement level without any means of fall protection, on or about 10/15/12.    b)  Roof Of Building - Employees are conducting frame carpentry work, no less than 11 feet above ground level, without any means of fall protection, on or about 10/15/12.
