29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The paths to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures were not permanent, continuous, and effective:    On or about October 23, 2012, three Whisper-Watt power generators and two Allmand portable light towers not grounded in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) Article 250:    1. Generator #869, Whisper-Watt Model #DCA 150 SSCU next to the Toolpusher trailer was grounded 7-inches into the ground.  2. Generator #168, Whisper-Watt Model #DCA 70 USI, Serial # 8800346, behind the Directional Driller trailer was grounded 18-inches into the ground.  3. Allmand portable light tower #1028, Serial #0265MXL12, on the northwest corner of the drill site was grounded 17-inches into the ground.  4. Generator #1304, Whisper-Watt Model #DCA 125 SSIU, Serial # 7510593, on the northwest corner of the drill site was grounded 8-inches into the ground.  5. Allmand portable light tower #989, Serial # 0238MXL12, east side of drill site next the briefing area was grounded 5-inches into the ground.
