29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.    a)  Fourth Floor of furnace building; On or about October 29, 2012 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that employees were allowed to work in areas where fugitive dust had accumulated on overhead walls, purlins, equipment, and other exposed upper surfaces exceeding 1/4 inch in depth near and/or around the furnace infeed conveyer belt.
