(a) Alpine Site Services, Inc. 6869 Holly St., Commerce City CO 80022; On and before November 6, 2012, the exposing employer did not post "No Smoking" signs where hazards from flammable vaoprs were normally present from Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 F (37.8 C). Condition exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Flammable liquids were dispensed into containers were the nozzle and container were not electrically interconnected by means of a bond wire. (a) Alpine Site Services, Inc. 6869 Holly St., Commerce City CO 80022; On and before November 6, 2012, the exposing employer did not provide a means to electrically bond the fuel dispensing unit with the gas cans which it filled. Condition exposed employees to fire and explosive hazards as they filled 5 gallon containers with fuel from a metal dispensing storage can.
