29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program including the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     a)  On 11/27/2012, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program for an Assistant employee working with hazardous chemicals in the work area such as, but not limited to, Opex lacquer paints and lacquer thinner.    All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1200(e) through (h) must be covered in a written hazard communication program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following:    1.  Written program  2.  MSDS collection  3.  Labeling  4.  Employee information and training    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
