29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  Jobsite located at 20 Stevens Drive, Manahawkin NJ:  The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person.  Employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while performing framing and truss installation on a new residence under construction, occurred on or about 11/14/2012.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):     The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    a) Jobsite located at 20 Stevens Drive, Manahawkin, NJ 08050:  Employees from Express Construction 3 Corp., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below, when working/walking from a second level of a new residence under constructrion while performing framing, new truss installation and other related activities.  On the day of the inspection the fall hazard(s) had not received fall protection training from the company, occurred on or about 11/14/2012.
