29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.     A. Enterprise Roofing & Remodeling Services, Inc. worksite located at 225 Miami St., Toledo, Ohio: On or about November 28, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing weatherproofing activities on the low sloped commercial structure. Two employees engaged in this activity were exposed to a potential fall distance of approximately 13.00 feet.    Enterprise Roofing & Remodeling Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311603237, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at Bowling Green, OH.
