29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    a/  Inside of the Painting Department, one one gallon can of combustible Van Sickle Tractor Equipment & Industrial Black Enamel Paint was open on a 8'L X 3'W wooden table.  This table was covered with a very thick coat of black, enamel paint.  The surrounding walls, table, and fire extinguishers were covered in black, combustible overspray.  This paint has a flash point of 102 degrees Fahrenheit.

The table supporting this can of paint was covered in a thick residue of black, combustible, enamel paint.  This paint has a flash point of 102 degrees Fahrenheit.  Painting operations were not occurring.
