29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of greater than 25 feet above the ground. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item. Landmark a New World Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 399502, citation 1, item 3, issued on July 25, 2012 and became final order on or about August 8, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 3123 S. Calumet Ave. Chicago, IL 60616
