29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(v):  Flammable liquid storage, in general-purpose warehouses or in general-purpose warehouse portions of buildings cut off by standard firewalls, was not in accordance with Table H-14 or H-15 of this standard:    a) On 12/5/12, the employer was storing three 55 gallon drums of isopropyl alcohol (category 2 flammable liquid), four 55 gallon drums of Proactive Solutions Magic Scent (category 2 flammable liquid), eight 55 gallon drums of acetic acid (category 3 flammable liquid) and one 55 gallon drum of Tomah Q-14-2 (category 3 flammable liquid) in an unsprinklered basement storage area. Table H-14 of this standard does not permit the unprotected storage of category 1 through 4 flammable liquids in a general-purpose warehouse with more than one half of its height below ground level with restricted access.          Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification required.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    a) The employer stored totes of acid based cleaners, alkaline based cleaners, sodium hypochlorite based sanitizers and chlorinated alkaline based cleaners side by side and above each other. Mixing of these chemicals can create reactions which generate gases including, but not limited to,  hydrogen gas, which is flammable, and/or chlorine gas, which is corrosive and toxic.          Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification required.
