29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(v):  Flammable liquid storage, in general-purpose warehouses or in general-purpose warehouse portions of buildings cut off by standard firewalls, was not in accordance with Table H-14 or H-15 of this standard:    a) On 12/5/12, the employer was storing three 55 gallon drums of isopropyl alcohol (category 2 flammable liquid), four 55 gallon drums of Proactive Solutions Magic Scent (category 2 flammable liquid), eight 55 gallon drums of acetic acid (category 3 flammable liquid) and one 55 gallon drum of Tomah Q-14-2 (category 3 flammable liquid) in an unsprinklered basement storage area. Table H-14 of this standard does not permit the unprotected storage of category 1 through 4 flammable liquids in a general-purpose warehouse with more than one half of its height below ground level with restricted access.          Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification required.
