29 CFR 1910.29(f)(1)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that the height of stair rail systems is not less than 30 inches (76 cm) from the leading edge of the stair tread to the top surface of the top rail.   a) Room 4 Ship Stairs leading to top platform The installed stair rail system measured 13.25inches tall exposing employees to fall hazards due to inadequately protected sides of the ship stairs.  Violation observed on or about 2/15/24.
