29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a). Grill Area of the Kitchen: An aerosol can of Wesson Vegetable Oil Baking Spray was stored on the shelf in front of the grill where it overheated and overpressurized. The can ruptured and the resulting flammable vapors ignited.
