29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard:     a)WRC Senior Services DBA Highland Oaks - For example, the written Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan, provided on 12/12/12, did not include the schedule and/or method of implementation for the following requirement paragraphs in 29 CFR 1910.1030:    1.) 1910.1030(d)(2)(ii): Engineering controls [such as safer medical devices to prevent sharps or needle stick exposures] shall be examined and maintained or replaced on a regular schedule to ensure their effectiveness:    The plan stated that engineering and work practice controls were in place; however, there was no mention of the use or evaluation of safety engineered sharps. There was no method of implementation and no start date scheduled for implementing evaluations.  No records of evaluations of safer medical devices existed.    2.) 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(C): The employer shall ensure that post-exposure evaluation and follow-up procedures, including prophylaxis, are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed physician or by or under the supervision of another licensed healthcare professional:    The plan stated that a medical evaluation would be performed; however, no methods of implementation (who would be performing the evaluations) were included.    3.) 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): Employers shall ensure that all employees with occupational exposure participate in a training program:    The plan stated that training would be done; however, no method of implementation (who would do it) was included.
