29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. Attic- An employee working in the attic crawl space was exposed to a fall of 8 feet 6 inches where there was no decking installed over the bottom chord of the roof trusses. On or about 12/24/2012 an employee fell from the attic to the second floor falling between the bottom chord of the roof trusses and Brazilian channel ceiling strapping.    Amari Company, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 552938, citation number 1, item number1, issued on 8/14/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Woodbury Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801. The final order date for the citation was on 9/17/2012 after signing an informal settlement agreement.
