29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) Marlton Gateway Apartments,125 E Main Street, Building 3000, Marlton NJ: The employer failed to provide a training program to his employees, performing roofing work approximately 30 feet above the ground, on the hazards associated with working at elevated heights and the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards, occurred on or about 1/4/13.    NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

(a) Marlton Gateway Apartments, 125 E Main Street, Building 3000, Marlton NJ:  Each employee engaged in roofing activities approximately 30 feet from the ground was not protected from falling, observed on or about 1/4/13.    NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
