29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a-131 N Maple Ave, Ridgewood NJ: An employee engaged in roof flashing was exposed to fall hazards of 20 ft to the concrete below as a personal fall arrest harness was not secured via an anchor point. Condition noted on or about 02/26/2013.
