29 CFR 1926.304(d):   Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At North Side of House:  On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure a Dewalt Skill saw used on site had a properly functioning guard covering the bottom portion of the blade.    b)  At South Side of House:  On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure a Dewalt Skill saw used on site had a properly functioning guard covering the bottom portion of the blade.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  At North Side of House:  On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 9.7 feet to the ground below in that he failed to ensure employees framing a house had fall protection.    b)  At South Side of House:  On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 8.8 feet to the ground below in that he failed to ensure employees framing a house had fall protection.
