29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  East of the apartment building, 9723 Via Belcara St.:  On or about March 30, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using a JCB telescopic forklift that was supporting a job-made wooden platform to elevate personnel to put roof paper on the roof.
