29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented    a) On or about 01/11/13 two employees were installing roofing materials on a 10/12 pitch roof  thirteen (13) feet above the ground with no fall protection systems in place.
