North side of the building-Second floor: b) The 28 foot long 6 1/2 inch long open sided floor on the east side of the floor with a 12 foot exterior fall was not equipped with a fall protection system. c) The 53 foot 10 inch long open sided floor on the north side of the floor with a 12 foot to 21 foot exterior fall was not equipped with a fall protection system. d) The 23 foot long open sided floor on west side of the floor with a 21 foot exterior fall was not equipped with a fall protection system.
