29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1):   Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:Note:  See paragraph (i)(1) of this section for additional requirements for hand-fed crosscut table saws.    Jobsite:  The Dewalt cross cut table saw that was used by employee to cut trim and siding boards was not guarded with a hood that completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(6):   On scaffolds where scaffold planks are abutted to create a long platform, each abutted end did not rest on a separate support surface:      Jobsite:  The scaffold platforms of the two (2) separate pump jack scaffolds having 2 and 3 platforms were abutted over single pump jack brackets, and each end of the abutted ends was not supported by a separate bracket or secured to prevent displacement of the platforms.    North Easto General Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314066689, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 28 July 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 24 Belden Ave Norwalk CT  06850.
