29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. On or about February 20, 2013, employees walking on a 6:12 pitch roof to gain access to a flat roof were not protected from a 10.5 feet fall hazard by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.      Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
