29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i): Conductors were not spliced or joined with splicing devices identified for the use or by brazing, welding, or soldering with a fusible metal or alloy. Soldered splices were not spliced or joined mechanically and electrically secured first without solder and then soldered. All splices and joints and the free ends of conductors were not covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose:   (a)  On or about 02/27/13 - 1620 2nd Ave SW, Cullman AL, the electrical cord of the breading table was spliced with a number 16 extension cord and covered with tape.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   (a)  On or about 02/27/13 - 1620 2nd Ave SW, Cullman AL, the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees working with hazardous chemicals including but not limited to chlorinated degreaser and bleach.
