29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Construction Site: On or about March 06, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately nineteen feet to the ground below while installing asphalt shingle on the new residential roof.      PIONEER ROOFING LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 741781 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 14, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT  PIPESTONE STREET IN BOZEMAN MONTANA 59715.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide an effective training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) Construction Site: On or about March 06, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately seventeen feet to the concrete below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.    PIONEER ROOFING LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 741781 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 14, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT  PIPESTONE STREET IN BOZEMAN MONTANA 59715.
