29 CFR 1910.335(b): No alerting techniques were used to warn and protect employees from hazards which could cause injury due to electric shock, burns, or failure of electric equipment: (a) Facility located at 8010 Olson Drive in Eau Claire, WI; Attendant(s), barricades, signs, symbols, or markings were not provided to warn against hazards presented by an overhead 69,000 volt electric transmission line. An employee was injured when the tarper arm of an end-dump trailer contacted an overhead high voltage transmission line.
