Section 3.3.5 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 states, "Cylinders should not be stored at temperatures above 125 F, nor near radiators or other sources of heat."  Section 3.3.6 states, "Do not store cylinders near highly flammable substances such as oil, gasoline, or waste." Section 3.5.1 states, "Do not store cylinders near highly flammable solvents, combustible waste material and similar substances."   (b) On or about March 13, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and burn hazards from cracked and deteriorating oxygen cylinder hoses. Section 3.4.12 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 states, "connections to piping, regulators, and other appliances should always be kept tight to prevent leakage. Where hose is used, it should be kept in good condition."
