29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (a) On or about January 2, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health effects from hazardous chemicals stored in unlabeled containers. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet." The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895751, citation number 1, item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9190 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215.
