29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. On or about 03/13/2013, at the job site - the use of head protection was not enforced for an employee working at the ground lever while work was conducted from a scissor lift above him, exposing the employee to a struck by hazard.
