29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route was not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the event of a fire or other emergency:    a) Guess Factory Store in Jersey Gardens Mall Linden, NJ site -  Rear Stock Room:    Emergency exit route was blocked by disassembled corrugated boxes that could cause a delay from exiting the facility in the event of an emergency.    Condition noted on or about 3/27/2013.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a) Guess Factory Store in Jersey Gardens Mall Linden, NJ site -  Rear Stock Room:    Electrical panel boxes/ junction boxes rated 480V/3 phase and 220V/single phase that controlled equipment and lighting were not maintained free of storage. Items such as but not limited to boxes of clothes and store bags and boxes holding shelf parts were stored in front of the electrical panels. A minimum of 30 inches of space was not maintained.    Condition noted on or about 3/27/2013.
