(a)  Warehouse:  Employees were exposed to a shelving unit that was over the exit door which did not have a posted load rating.    (b) Window Factory Office and Restrooms:  Employees were exposed to overhead storage above the office and restrooms that did not have a posted load rating.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    (a) Machining:  There was not adequate strain relief to the Baldor Grinder/Buffer.  The outer insulation for the electrical wiring had pulled back at the plug-in exposing interior wiring.    (b) Fab Shop:  The Chicago Press Brake did not have adequate strain relief to the foot pedal.  The outer insulation for the electrical wiring had pulled back at the plug-in exposing interior wiring.    (c) Fab Shop: The Di-Arco Press Brake did not have adequate strain relief to the 2 hand control.  The outer insulation for the electrical wiring had pulled back at the plug-in exposing interior wiring.
