29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     a) At the east side of building R, On or before March 28, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees laying decking material were not protected from a 9' 4" fall onto hard ground and/or concrete.    b) At the east side of building R, On or before March 28, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees installing guard rails on constructed decks were exposed to a 9' 4" fall onto hard ground and/or concrete.    Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item..
