29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) 15 South Main Rd Otis, MA: On or about March 29, 2013, employees observed working to attach the roof panels to this structure, more than 10 FT above the ground, below were not protected from falling as required by this subpart:  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
