Specifically, eye protection was not available in the laundry for employees who changed out corrosive chemicals.  Employees working in the soiled utility room and kitchen used damaged goggles while rinsing soiled linen and cleaning ovens; the goggles were severely scratched and scuffed, which impacted the employees ability to see through them.
