Ambyth Maintenance Shop:  On 9 April 2013, a material safety data sheet was not readily available for hazardous materials such as, but not limited to Free All Penetrant (Rust Eater) used in the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   Ambyth Maintenance Shop:  On 9 April 2013 employer failed to provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area where material safety sheets were not obtained.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    Maintenance room: On April 09, 2013 and at times prior thereto, a fire extinguishers was laying on the floor in the middle of the room which could inadvertently tip over releasing pressure and possibily causing injuries to the employees.
