Drainage trench, Redemption Center, Marty's of Dudley, 119 West Main Street, Dudley, Massachusetts; The cover for the drainage trench was not maintained, parts were missing and others damaged creating a hazard for the forklift while driving over it and a slip, trip, fall hazard for pedestrians.
