29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   Employees involved in laundry activities in the laundry building handle corrosive chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Liquid Laundry Sour and Liquid Laundry Break, and were not provided with an adequate eyewash station.

29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  In the laundry building on dryer #4, employees performing machinery maintenance and repairs on dryers and cleaning the walking/working surfaces behind the dryers were exposed to caught-in hazards from the unguarded chain which was approximately three feet above ground level.
