The top of the ledge was about twelve feet above the ground.  Employee accessed the ladder to inspect roof tiles.

Near the entrance to Dennys Restaurant, Tamuning on or about April 18, 2013, skin protection (gloves) were not worn while an employee brushed on Behr exterior satin enamel paint onto the exterior of building.  The warning label on the container stated; Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
