29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of  guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    This violation most recently occurred on April 25, 2013, at a workplace located at 3700 Legacy Drive, Frisco, Texas 75034; where at least one (1) employee was observed working from a chimney, not protected from falling an approximate twenty-seven (27) feet to the ground level below.
