29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(J): Extension cord sets used with portable electric tools and appliances were not designed for hard or extra-hard usage: At the job site located at Hendrix College new stadium project on or about 1 May 2013 the employer did not ensure the extension cord used to power the portable had drill was suitable for construction use. As a result the extension cord had been damaged and was exposed to equipment and personnel traffic.
