OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards.    On or about May 4, 2013, at the work site located at Mercer Wells Service, Rig #91, 400-420 Bolen Road, Kennedale, Texas: employees assigned to work from the Derrick Man's work Platform at approximately 25 to 30 feet were exposed to fire and explosion hazards.  The employer did not ensure the Geronimo line was properly rigged to the anchor points.
