(c)    Building Number Two; Press Brake Areas - The TrumaBend C120 press brake did not have point of operation guarding.  The operator used the foot pedal to cycle the press instead of the two-hand control mechanism, on or about May 9, 2013.        THE PRECISION CUT INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.212(A)(3)(II), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314239070, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 21, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 115 RAM DRIVE, HANOVER, PENNSYLVANIA, 17331.
