29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Jobsite located at 309 Newark Street, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground surface below while standing on a 29 (4' x 8') plywood sheets that were elevated by a Angus Palm - fast Trak International forklift Model # B8400, Serial # P2771B66 /6-93, observed on or about May 5, 2013.
