29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.    a) 412 Arrow Court, Mantoloking, NJ 08738: On or about February 7, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders was trained in the recognition, avoidance and mitigation of hazards associated with ladders.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 412 Arrow Court, Mantoloking, NJ 08738: On or about February 7, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 25ft while standing on the top plate of the building's exterior wall.    b) 412 Arrow Court, Mantoloking, NJ 08738: On or about February 7, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 8ft while standing on the top plate of the building's intrior wall.    SHALLOO CONSTRUCTION & SON, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 910919, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 9/5/2013, FINAL ORDER DATE 10/1/2013.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
