29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:     On or about May 8, 2013 at the above address employees performing roofing work were not utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15.3 feet.        Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
