29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons:  a.) Last Bay - On or about May 9, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the oxygen and fuel-gas compressed gas cylinders were stored along the wall of the last bay near the area of tractor-trailer movement.

Hunter Erie garage - On or about May 9, 2013, diesel mechanics/techincians were exposed to various solvents, cleaners, lubricants, oils, greases and fuels such as Marpac Marlube liquid grease and Zenex Professional Rubberized Undercoating while repairing diesel engines.  The site's Hazard Communication program was unavailable.
