29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):      Storefront Material Storage Racks:  Employees storing and retrieving extruded aluminum from the upper tiers of the metal storage racks were exposed to falls of 7-feet, 8-inches to the concrete floor below while working from wooden platforms (9) without standard guardrails.  On May 9, 2013, an employee was injured when he fell from one of the platforms while storing aluminum.
