29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about 5/21/13 and at times prior, six workers without fall protection were exposed to falling more than 14 feet from a roof to ground level.    Alvarado's Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314660010, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on Nov 19, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10711 Idalia Way, Commerce City, CO 80022.      Alvarado's Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107245, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on Jan 06, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 608 Sedgwick Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
