29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system.   (a) Location: 560 Pleasant Street, Watertown MA, 02471   On or about 5/20/2013, an employee was observed performing work activities on a low sloped roof without the use of fall protection.
