29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 171 Worcester Providence Turnpike Sutton, MA: On or about November 16, 2015, an employee was working on an open sided platform more than 8.5 feet above the lower level  without any fall protection.  Fotin Drywall, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(B) 10 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908311 citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at6 Piedmont Ave, Merrimack, NH.
