29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a) On roof above the garage: On May 16, 2013 and at times prior thereto an employee performed framing activities which included walking on top of 10 foot walls, without a fall protection system in place.      Shriner Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191398, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 520 First Street East, Ketchum ID 83340.  Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  (a)  On or about May 16, 2013, and at times prior thereto, no certification record of fall protection training was available for employees who were exposed to fall hazards of over 10 feet.  Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
